Legal practice
From the first question to the final decision, with the same point of contact.
We act for individuals, businesses and public bodies at every stage of a legal matter: the initial question, the contract or the application, the negotiation and, where there is no alternative, the court.
We work in three ways. The consultation, online or at our offices, serves to clarify a situation and to establish what to do next. The written legal opinion answers a specific question with reasoned analysis. The retainer provides regular support to those who need a lawyer frequently.
We also handle the formalities that give documents legal effect: registrations, filings with the Tax and Customs Authority and with Social Security, the register of beneficial owners, certifications of signatures, apostilles and certified translations.
Companies and business
A company lives on decisions that always have a legal dimension: whom it partners with, how it contracts, how it protects what it creates, how it collects what it is owed.
See this areaEmployment
Employment relationships are governed by demanding rules and short deadlines, and a poorly prepared decision is costly for either party.

A trade mark, a piece of software, an invention or a piece of content is worth little unless it is protected and properly contracted.

Buying, selling, letting, building or managing a property involves contracts, registrations, licences and, at times, neighbours and co-owners.

We work on both sides of the relationship with the public administration.

Compliance obligations have multiplied in recent years: data protection, corruption prevention, whistleblowing channels, anti-money laundering and, now, the Artificial Intelligence Act.

A tax assessment, tax enforcement proceedings or a fine almost always arrive with short deadlines.

There are moments when a lawyer is needed, even by those who never thought they would need one: an inheritance, a divorce, the protection of a family member who can no longer make decisions alone, a residence permit, a problem with a purchase.
See this areaLitigation, arbitration and dispute resolution
Not every dispute has to end up in court, and those that do should arrive there well prepared.
See this areaCriminal
We act for victims of crime and for those who are the subject of proceedings, from the investigation through to trial and appeals.
