Training

Short, practical, tailor-made sessions, given by people who apply the subject every day.

We train on the subjects we work in, for those who have to apply them: managers and officers in public administration, managers and teams in companies, boards of associations and cooperatives. Sessions start from concrete cases, end with tools participants take back to work, and are given by PT.EL’s lawyers and economists, together when the subject calls for it.

Public sector

Public procurement, administrative procedure, municipal regulations, corruption prevention (RGPC), data protection, policy evaluation and process design.

Businesses

Everyday contracts, employment obligations, GDPR and artificial intelligence in the company, tax, reading financial statements for non-financial managers, funding applications.

Third sector

Articles of association and governing bodies, the tax regime of non-profit entities, applications and accountability, data protection and volunteering.

Formats:

  • Short sessions (two to three hours), in person or online, for one team or department.
  • Tailor-made programmes (one or more days), with prior diagnosis and bespoke materials.
  • Action learning: sessions interspersed with work on the organisation’s own documents.
  • Open sessions, announced under News and on LinkedIn.

How it works: a thirty-minute conversation to understand the context and the objectives; a proposal with programme, duration, trainers and a fixed price; the session; supporting materials and availability for questions in the following thirty days.
