Practice areas

Law and Economics, side by side.

We organise our work into two broad areas, legal and economic. Many questions begin on one side and end on the other: a contract depends on the business model, the division of an estate depends on the valuation of the assets, a dispute depends on how the loss is calculated. For that reason, each matter is handled by the team it actually needs, whichever door it came in through.

How we work →

How can we help?

A lease, an estate still to be divided, a divorce, a fine, a problem with a supplier or with the public authorities. We help you understand where you stand and what you can do, in a consultation online or at our office, and we follow the matter through to the end if need be.

Integrated solutions

Some matters call for a lawyer and an economist at the same time. In these cases, there is a single team from day one.

Set up a turnkey company

From choosing the type of company to the first day of invoicing: incorporation, tax set-up, licences and first contracts.

Buy or sell a business

Legal and financial due diligence, valuation of the company, and drafting and negotiation of the contracts, all handled by the same team.

Take the business abroad

Study of the target market, legal and tax structure of the operation, and international sale, investment and arbitration agreements.

Plan business or family succession

Valuation of the company or the estate, allocation of shareholdings and tax planning, so that the handover is prepared well in advance.

Rescue a company in difficulty

Financial diagnosis, restructuring plan and, where necessary, a special revitalisation process (PER) or an out-of-court business recovery procedure (RERE), dealt with together.
