H-Pública is an entity devoted to reflection on, and the promotion and development of, solutions in the field of affordable and public housing, seeking to contribute to housing responses that are more balanced, sustainable and socially oriented.

The partnership with Portugal Economics and Legal centres on the study of models for housing development, asset management, financing, regulation and the design of public housing policy. Laboratório de Políticas Públicas

The Laboratório de Políticas Públicas is an entity dedicated to study, debate, training and capacity-building in public policy, state reform, administrative modernisation and institutional innovation.

The partnership with Portugal Economics and Legal rests on building applied knowledge and on developing assessments, simplification proposals, training tools and initiatives for reflection on public administration. The aim is to bring technical analysis closer to the concrete reality of services, institutions and citizens.

Norma - Associação para a Protecção dos Direitos Civis e Sociais

Norma is an association dedicated to the protection of civil and social rights, the promotion of citizenship and inclusion, and the defence of a society that is better informed, more participatory and more aware of its rights.

The partnership with Portugal Economics and Legal focuses on supporting initiatives in legal literacy, civic capacity-building, the defence of rights and the improvement of relations between citizens, institutions and public administration. This collaboration links technical knowledge with social concern, with particular attention to situations of vulnerability, unequal access to information and difficulty in the effective exercise of rights.

Lisbon Economics

Lisbon Economics is an entity focused on economic, strategic and institutional analysis, with a vocation for the study of economic, social and organisational problems. Lisbon Economics – Associação para o Desenvolvimento e Inovação adds to this an associative, civic and collaborative orientation, directed at promoting development, innovation and applied economic thinking.

The partnership with Portugal Economics and Legal makes it possible to integrate economic analysis, impact assessment, the design of financing models, the study of incentives and strategic reflection into projects of public interest. This collaboration strengthens the capacity to build solutions that are legally sound, economically sustainable and institutionally workable.
