Litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution

ForIndividualsBusinessesPublic sector

Not every dispute has to end up in court, and those that do should arrive there well prepared. We begin by assessing the merits of the case, the cost and the likely timescale, and by seeking a negotiated solution. When litigation is unavoidable, we represent our clients before the civil, administrative and tax courts, in arbitration and in criminal proceedings.

What we do

  • Assessment of the merits of a dispute, with analysis of costs, timescales and settlement scenarios
  • Formal demands, out-of-court negotiation, payment arrangements and settlements
  • Mediation and conciliation
  • Civil, commercial, employment and administrative actions and interim measures
  • Defence and statements of defence, opposition to enforcement proceedings and to interim measures
  • Commercial, consumer and sector-specific arbitration
  • Stand-alone judicial notifications and preparation of evidence, including economic expert reports
