Every matter we take on is its own combination of Law and Economics. Rather than a list of clients, we prefer to describe the kinds of work we have been involved in, because that is where you can see how we bring the two disciplines together.
Affordable housing models
We design models for the development and management of affordable housing for public bodies and partners in the sector, from the legal structure and the financing model to the allocation rules and the management of the housing stock. The work brings together planning and housing law, public procurement and the economic and financial analysis of the models.
Environmental studies and projects
We prepare studies and support projects on environmental matters, including the regulatory framework, licensing, impact assessment and economic instruments. We work with technical teams from other specialities and turn their conclusions into proposals that can be put into practice.
Litigation and legal support
We represent clients in court and in arbitration and provide ongoing legal support to companies and public bodies: legal opinions, formal responses, contracts and support throughout procedures. In many of these matters, the economic quantification of damages or of the effects of a decision is carried out by the same team.
Advice on technology projects
We support digital transformation and software development projects, from gathering functional and legal requirements to procurement, data protection and the framework for artificial intelligence. Lexea, our own platform, grew out of this experience.
